Day 3 of Our Utah Mighty 5 Trip: Canyonlands National Park
Canyonlands quickly became my favorite Utah national park! We kicked off our adventure early to catch the breathtaking Mesa Arch sunrise, followed by incredible hikes and scenic overlooks. Here’s everything you need to see when visiting Canyonlands!
1. Catch the Sunrise at Mesa Arch 🌅

- One of the most iconic sunrise spots in Utah! Arrive early—this spot gets crowded fast.


2. Hike to Murphy Point for Panoramic Views 🏜️
Limited parking—arrive early for the best experience.
Trail Length: 3.4 miles roundtrip
An easy, mostly flat trail leading to stunning canyon views.






3. Explore Upheaval Dome 🏞️

Trail Length: 0.6 miles roundtrip (to the first overlook)
A short but steep hike with a unique geological formation.
