Day 1 at Arches
We arrived at Arches National Park around 11:00 AM. When we were there (May 21, 2022), they were requiring everyone to reserve a time slot for entry into the park. This was a pilot program, so check the NPS website button below to see if this is required during your visit. Our time slot was 11:00 AM, but with traffic at the entrance, we did not get into the park until around 12:00 PM. Make sure to have your reservation confirmation and national park pass available when you get to the ranger desk as this will make entry a quicker process.
We stopped by the visitor center at the beginning of the park and then drove to the end of the park road, which is 18 miles.
