Before getting started, be sure to research each gluten-free item listed to ensure it fits your personal dietary needs and restrictions.
The snacks listed below can be found at most local grocery stores; such as Walmart, Food City, Kroger, and Ingles or conveniently ordered on Amazon. I’ve personally tried and enjoyed all of these gluten-free snacks, and they make excellent alternatives to their non-gluten-free counterparts, with very similar taste. These options are a great way to enjoy your favorite snacks without missing out, even while following a gluten-free diet.
Crackers
Milton’s Baked Crackers, Lance Crackers, and Glutino Crackers are all great gluten-free alternatives to traditional crackers. Lance crackers are very similar in taste and texture to Ritz crackers, making them a delicious option for sandwiches, snacks, or cheese boards.

Pretzels
Snyder’s of Hanover Pretzels are a tasty gluten-free option, and the Honey Mustard & Onion flavor is especially delicious. Another favorite is Glutino Pretzels, available in both regular and chocolate-covered varieties, making them a fun snack for any time of day.

Cookies
Oreos are a gluten-free option that taste very similar to the classic Oreos. Goodie Girl cookies offer a wide variety of flavors to satisfy any sweet tooth, and Kinnikinnick Vanilla Wafers are another delicious choice for a simple, classic snack.

Animal Crackers
Glutino Animal Crackers, Annie’s Cocoa & Vanilla Bunny Cookies, and Simple Truth Animal Crackers are all fun, gluten-free options that make a great snack for kids and adults alike. They’re perfect for lunchboxes, after-school snacks, or anytime you want a sweet, crunchy treat.

Chips
The Good Crisp Company Chips are a delicious gluten-free alternative to Pringles, with a similar crunchy texture and flavor. My personal favorites are the Original and BBQ flavors, perfect for snacking anytime.

I hope you discovered some new gluten-free snacks to try from this post! I’d love to hear your recommendations; share a gluten-free snack you think I should try in the comments. And don’t forget to check out our gluten-free breakfast ideas post if you haven’t already.
