To preface, please do your research on each gluten free item listed to make sure it fits your dietary needs.

Snacks listed below can be found at your local grocery store- Walmart, Food City, Kroger, Ingles, etc. or ordered on Amazon. All of the GF snacks below I have personally eaten and really enjoy them. They are all alternatives to non gf snacks, because most have very similar taste. These are a great way to not miss out on some of your favorite snacks if you have to eat gluten free!

Crackers

Milton’s Baked Crackers, Lance Crackers- these are very similar to a Ritz cracker, and Glutino Crackers

Pretzels

Snyder’s of Hanover Pretzels- the honey mustard and onion flavor is really good; and Glutino Pretzels- Regular and Chocolate Covered

Cookies

Oreos- taste like regular Oreos to me, Goodie Girl (lots of variety), and Kinnikinnick Vanilla Wafers

Animal Crackers

Glutino Animal Crackers, Annie’s Cocoa & Vanilla Bunny Cookies, and Simple Truth Animal Crackers

Chips

The Good Crisp Company Chips- these taste just like Pringles to me, the original and BBQ are my favorite

I hope you found some new snacks from this post to try! Feel free to let me know in the comments a GF snack I should try. Make sure to check out our GF breakfast items post if you haven’t already.
